How do I know it'll work for me? It hasn't in the past.

If you want to train safely and effectively with lasting results, then this is 100% for you. My clients have all experienced the same success I did when I went through this journey myself and I've got to say it took me a lot longer to figure it out without a coach guiding and motivating me each week. Now that I understand the importance of having a mentor to guide you and take you to your goals faster, I'll always get a coach for anything important I'm trying to achieve. I'm a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer and nutritional therapist. I'm also first aid trained and my specialty is fat loss, arm and tummy toning, and muscle building. Qualifications: Level 2 gym instructor, level 3 personal trainer, nutritional therapist, first aid trained, and all endorsed by CIMSPA and PD: Approval, and regulated by Ofqual.

Do you provide nutrition guidance or meal plans?

Absolutely! I'm passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals, and nutrition plays a vital role in that journey. While I can't provide full diet plans as a Level 3 personal trainer, I have a wealth of knowledge about maintaining a balanced diet and can offer valuable advice on what to include on your plate to support your goals, whether you're focused on weight loss, toning, or muscle building. Together, we can discuss healthy food choices, meal timing, and portion control that can complement your training program. My aim is to empower you with the information you need to make informed decisions about your nutrition, helping you to feel your best both in and out of the gym!

What's your weekly availability and what happens if I go on holiday?

I'm very flexible and work 7 days a week. You'll just tell me what days you're thinking of doing and I'll book you in! This is the best part... If I go on holiday for a week, you can continue with the program at your own pace, and when you go on holiday we can pause the program or adjust it to fit your plans such as quick and effective bodyweight training for when you're abroad. The beauty of this approach is that your progress doesn't have to stop just because life gets busy!

Can I still join if I have injuries or limitations?

If you have any injuries or limitations, I'll work closely with you to adapt exercises accordingly, ensuring that you can still participate in your training while minimising the risk of further injury. For certain conditions, like heart issues, dizziness, joint problems, or if you've had an operation in the last 12 months, I may require a doctor's note before we proceed with specific exercises. This ensures that we're taking the safest approach possible. Together, we'll create a modified workout plan that respects your body's needs while still pushing you towards your fitness goals!
