Deborah (AGAIN!): The Final Look
These are Deb's final shots after 11 months, and she didn't just hit her goals, she went beyond what she ever thought was possible. Not only physically, but in confidence and fitness too. At the start, the idea of a HYROX-style session felt terrifying to her. Over an hour of heavy lifting and an 8km run? Deb hadn't run since she was young. She said, "Maybe in 5 months I'll try one."
